We also bestowed Our favour on Moses and Aaron: 114 And rescued them and their people from the great calamity. 115 and We helped them, so that they were victorious; 116 We granted them a Clear Book, 117 guided them to the right path, 118 And We let it (the beautiful praise) remain upon on both of them in the latter (generations), 119 Peace be on Moses and Aaron. 120 Thus do We reward the doers of good 121 Verily the twain were of Our bondmen believing. 122 And Elias (El Yaseen) was among the Messengers. 123 He told his people, "Why do you not have fear of God? 124 "Will ye call upon Baal and forsake the Best of Creators,- 125 Allah, your Lord and the Lord of your fathers of yore? 126 But they called him a liar, therefore they shall most surely be brought up. 127 Except the chosen servants of Allah. 128 And We left for him among the posterity: 129 Peace be unto Elyasin. 130 Even thus do We reward the doers of good. 131 He was among Our believing worshipers. 132 And indeed Lut is one of the Noble Messengers. 133 [and so,] when [We decreed the doom of his sinful town,] We saved him and his household, 134 Except an old woman (his wife) who was among those who remained behind. 135 then We destroyed the others, 136 and, verily, [to this day] you pass by the remnants of their dwellings at morning-time 137 And at night. Will ye not therefore reflect? 138
