Al-Hijjr 2 of 6
We have indeed set constellations in the heavens and have beautified them for the beholders, 16 And We have preserved it from every accursed devil, 17 Except the ones who listen on the sly, yet they are chased away by a shooting flame. 18 And the earth We spread out, and placed therein firm mountains, and caused to grow therein all kinds of things in due proportion. 19 And We have made for you therein means of living and [for] those for whom you are not providers. 20 There is not a thing but its storehouses are with Us. But We only send down each thing in an appropriate measure: 21 And We send the winds fertilizing, then We send down water from the heaven and We give it to you to drink, and thereof ye could not be the treasurers. 22 And most surely We bring to life and cause to die and We are the heirs. 23 And well do We know [the hearts and deeds of all human beings - both] those who lived before you and those who will come after you; 24 It is your Lord who will gather them. He is all wise and all knowing. 25
