And recite to them the news of Abraham. 69 when he asked his father and others, "What do you worship?" 70 They said: We worship idols, and are ever devoted unto them. 71 Said he: "Do [you really think that] they hear you when you invoke them, 72 'Can they benefit you or harm you' 73 They said: "No. But we found our fathers doing so." 74 He said, “Do you see these (the idols) whom you worship?” 75 you and your fathers, the elders? 76 Lo! they are (all) an enemy unto me, save the Lord of the Worlds, 77 Who hath created me, and He guideth me. 78 "And it is He Who feeds me and gives me to drink. 79 "And when I am ill, it is He who cures me. 80 And who will cause me to die and then bring me to life 81 “And the One Who, upon Whom I pin my hopes, will forgive me my mistakes on the Day of Judgement.” 82 My Lord: Grant me wisdom, and join me with the good 83 And grant me an honourable mention in later generations; 84 "Make me one of the inheritors of the Garden of Bliss; 85 And forgive my father. Indeed, he has been of those astray. 86 and disgrace me not on the Day when people will be raised to life, 87 on the Day of Judgment when neither wealth nor children will be of any benefit 88 Save him who bringeth unto Allah a whole heart. 89 And Paradise will be brought near to the Muttaqun (pious - see V. 2:2). 90 and Hell advanced for the perverse. 91 they will be asked, "Where are those whom you worshipped 92 “Instead of Allah? Will they help you or retaliate?” 93 Then they will be thrown headlong into Hell, both they and the misguided ones, 94 And the hosts of Iblis, together. 95 And there and then, blaming one another, they [who had grievously sinned in life] will exclaim: 96 "By Allah, we were indeed in manifest error 97 when we assigned to you a position equal to that of the Lord of the Universe. 98 It was nothing but the evildoers who led us astray. 99 So now we have no intercessors 100 And not a devoted friend. 101 If we could only return to the world and be among the believers." 102 Surely there is a Sign in this, but most of them would not believe. 103 And verily thy Lord! He is the Mighty, the Merciful. 104

توجد تمارين تحفيظ للوضعين العربي الأصلي والعربي المخطوط بأحرف إنجليزية فقط. ولا تحتوي الترجمة الإنجليزية على تمارين حفظ.
There are memorization exercises for the original Arabic and English transliterated Arabic modes only. The English translation mode has no memorization exercises.
How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
