The Cheaters (Al-Mutaffifeen)
36 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Spider (Al-Ankaboot) before The Heifer (Al-Baqarah)
In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful
Woe to those that deal in fraud,- 1 Those who when they take the measure from others, take it in full! 2 but, when they measure for them or weigh for them, do skimp. 3 Do they not think that they will be resurrected 4 For a tremendous Day - 5 a day when mankind shall stand before the Lord of all Being? 6 Indeed, the record of the disbelievers is in the lowest place, the Sijjeen. 7 And what will make thee know whatsoever the record in Sijjin is? 8 A written record. 9 Ah the woe that day for those who deny, 10 Those that deny the Day of Judgment. 11 None denies it but the sinful transgressors. 12 Who, when thou readest unto him Our revelations, saith: (Mere) fables of the men of old. 13 They will never have faith. In fact, their hearts are stained from their deeds. 14 Nay! Surely, they (evil-doers) will be veiled from seeing their Lord that Day. 15 Then most surely they shall enter the burning fire. 16 and they will be told, "This is what you were wont to belie." 17 Nay! Most surely the record of the righteous shall be in the Iliyin. 18 and what shall teach thee what is Illiyun? 19 A book inscribed, 20 Which is witnessed by those brought near [to Allah]. 21 Lo! the righteous verily are in delight, 22 seated on couches and gazing around in wonder. 23 Thou wilt recognize in their faces the brightness of delight. 24 They are given to drink of a pure wine, sealed, 25 which have the fragrance of musk. This is the kind of place for which one should really aspire. 26 a wine tempered with the waters of Tasnim, 27 A fountain from which drink they who are drawn near (to Allah). 28 Indeed the guilty used to laugh at the believers. 29 And when the believers used to pass by, they used to gesture at each other with their eyes. 30 and when they went back to their families, they went back jesting, 31 And when they saw them, they said: "Verily! These have indeed gone astray!" 32 (they said so although) they had not been appointed watchers over them. 33 So this day it is the believers who laugh at the disbelievers. 34 On adorned couches, observing. 35 Have the disbelievers [not] been rewarded [this Day] for what they used to do? 36
True are the words of Allah the Almighty.

When reading the Colorful Quran in English transliterated Arabic mode, you may not notice that there is an algorithm designed to match the pause requirements of the original Arabic scripture, (waqf signs). As you may know, the original Arabic Quran has five main types of pauses, (waqf) signs. (1) Compulsory break, where the transliteration uses a full stop. (2) Optional pause with the preference for pausing, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a probability of two thirds. (3) Optional stop with an equal preference for pausing and resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a half-half probability. (4) Optional pause with the preference for resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a chance of one third. (5) Attraction pause, also called hugging, or (mu’anaka) sign, where it is compulsory to pause at either one of two nearby positions, but not both; where the transliteration inserts a comma at either one of the two locations with a half-half probability.
