Say: 'Lord, if You should show me that which they are promised, 93 My Lord! then set me not among the wrongdoing folk. 94 And indeed We are Able to show you the promise they are given. 95 Repel evil with that which is better. We know that which they describe. 96 And say: "My Lord! I seek refuge with You from the whisperings (suggestions) of the Shayatin (devils). 97 And I seek refuge in You, my Lord, lest they be present with me." 98 Until, when death cometh unto one of them, he saith: My Lord! Send me back, 99 “Perhaps I may do some good deeds in what I have left behind”; this is just a word that he utters from his mouth; and confronting them is a barrier until the day in which they will be raised. 100 And when the trumpet is blown there will be no kinship among them that day, nor will they ask of one another. 101 then those whose scales weigh heavy with good works will be successful. 102 and he whose scales are light -- they have lost their souls in Gehenna dwelling forever, 103 The Fire shall scorch their faces, exposing their jaws. 104 (It will be said): Were not My revelations recited unto you, and then ye used to deny them? 105 They shall say: O our Lord! our adversity overcame us and we were an erring people: 106 Lord, deliver us from Hell. Then, if we revert again, we shall definitely be wrongdoers." 107 'Slink you into it,' He shall say, 'and do not speak to Me. 108 Verily! There was a party of My slaves, who used to say: "Our Lord! We believe, so forgive us, and have mercy on us, for You are the Best of all who show mercy!" 109 you made a laughingstock of them and your hostility to them caused you to forget Me, and you simply kept laughing. 110 On this day I have given them their reward for their exercising patience and it is they who have triumphed." 111 He will ask, "How many years did you stay on earth?" 112 They will say, “We stayed a day or part of a day, so ask those who keep count.” 113 He will say: You did tarry but a little-- had you but known (it): 114 Then did you think that We created you uselessly and that to Us you would not be returned?" 115 [KNOW,] then, [that] God is sublimely exalted, the Ultimate Sovereign, the Ultimate Truth: there is no deity save Him, the Sustainer, in bountiful almightiness enthroned! 116 And whosoever calls upon another god with God, whereof he has no proof, his reckoning is with his Lord; surely the unbelievers shall not prosper. 117 (Muhammad), say, "Lord, forgive me and grant me mercy; You are the best of the Merciful Ones. 118
True are the words of God the Almighty.
