It was He who produced for you hearing, eyes, and hearts, yet little is that you thank. 78 It is He who scattered you in the earth, and to Him you shall be mustered. 79 And it is He Who gives life and causes death, and His is the alternation of night and day. Will you not then understand? 80 Nay, but they say the like of what the men of old said. 81 They say: "When we are dead and turned to dust and bones, shall we be raised to life again? 82 Our fathers and we have been given such promises before. These are no more than ancient legends." 83 Ask them: "Whose is the earth and those who are in it? Tell us if you know" 84 They will say: 'To Allah' Say: 'Then will you not remember' 85 Say: "Who is it that sustains the seven heavens and is enthroned in His awesome almightiness?" 86 They will surely say: "Allah." Say: "Will you not, then, fear (Allah)?" 87 Say: 'In whose hand is the dominion of everything, protecting and Himself unprotected, if you have knowledge?' 88 Thereupon they will say, “Such greatness is only that of Allah”; say, “Then by what magic are you deceived?” 89 No, We have brought the truth to them, but they are liars. 90 No son did Allah beget, nor is there any god along with Him: (if there were many gods), behold, each god would have taken away what he had created, and some would have lorded it over others! Glory to Allah! (He is free) from the (sort of) things they attribute to Him! 91 knowing all that is beyond the reach of a created being's perception as well as all that can be witnessed by a creature's senses or mind and hence, sublimely exalted is He above anything to which they may ascribe a share in His divinity! 92
