The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)

8 verses, revealed in Medina after Women (Al-Nesaa) before Iron (Al-Hadeed)

In the name of God, The Most Gracious, The Dispenser of Grace

WHEN THE EARTH quakes with her [last] mighty quaking, 1 And the earth brings forth her burdens, 2 And man says, "What is [wrong] with it?" - 3 That day she will relate her chronicles, 4 for your Lord will have revealed to it. 5 On that Day people will go forth in varying states so that they be shown their deeds. 6 Whoever has done an atom's weight of good, will see it 7 and he who shall have done an atom's weight of evil, shall behold it. 8

True are the words of God the Almighty.
