Al-Hijjr 2 of 6

AND, INDEED, We have set up in the heavens great constellations, and endowed them with beauty for all to behold; 16 And We have guarded it from every Satan damned. 17 Save him who stealeth the hearing, and them doth a clear flame pursue. 18 And the earth have We spread out, and placed therein firm hills, and caused each seemly thing to grow therein. 19 and there appointed for you is a livelihood, and for those you do not provide. 20 Of all things there are We have the stores, and send them down in determined measure. 21 We send rain-impregnated winds, and water from the sky which you drink, but you are not the keepers of its store. 22 Truly, it is We who bring to life and We who cause death and We are the inheritor of all things. 23 We know the ones of you who press forward, and We know the laggards; 24 Your Lord will resurrect them all; He is All-wise and All-knowing. 25
