The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)

8 verses, revealed in Medina after Women (Al-Nesaa) before Iron (Al-Hadeed)

In the name of God, The Most Gracious, The Dispenser of Grace

When the earth is shaken with its violent shaking, 1 And the earth discharges its burdens 2 And man will say: "What is the matter with it?" 3 On that Day it shall proclaim its news, 4 as thy Sustainer will have inspired her to do! 5 On that day men will return towards their Lord, in different groups, in order to be shown their deeds. 6 So whoever does an atom's weight of good will see it, 7 and he who shall have done an atom's weight of evil, shall behold it. 8

God the Almighty always says the truth.
