But the cautious shall live amongst gardens and fountains: 45 [Having been told], "Enter it in peace, safe [and secure]." 46 And We will remove whatever is in their breasts of resentment, [so they will be] brothers, on thrones facing each other. 47 Toil cometh not unto them there, nor will they be expelled from thence. 48 ۞ Inform My bondmen that undoubtedly, I surely am the Oft-Forgiving, the Most Merciful. 49 And that My Penalty will be indeed the most grievous Penalty. 50 And tell them about Abraham's guests. 51 When they entered his presence and said, "Peace!" He said, "We feel afraid of you!" 52 [The angels] said, "Fear not. Indeed, we give you good tidings of a learned boy." 53 Said he: "Do you give me this glad tiding despite the fact that old age has overtaken me? Of what [strange thing,] then, are you giving me a tiding!" 54 They said: we bear tidings of a truth; be then thou not of the desponding. 55 He said, "And who despairs of the mercy of his Lord except for those astray?" 56 He said: And afterward what is your business, O ye messengers (of Allah)? 57 They answered: "We are sent to people lost in sin [who are to be destroyed,] 58 Except Lot's family, of whom we shall save all, 59 Except his wife." Allah decreed that she is of those who remain behind. 60
