The tree of al-Zaqqum 43 Is food for the sinful. 44 It is like pitch. It will fume in the belly 45 like water. 46 “Seize him, and forcibly drag him right to the blazing fire.” 47 "Then pour over his head the Penalty of Boiling Water, 48 Taste this, you are a person mighty and noble! 49 This is certainly what you had denied." 50 Verily the God-fearing will be in a place secure 51 In the midst of gardens and of springs, 52 Dressed in fine silk and in rich brocade, they will face each other; 53 Even so; and We shall espouse them to wide-eyed houris, 54 They call therein for every fruit in safety. 55 They taste not death therein, save the first death. And He hath saved them from the doom of hell, 56 A bounty from thy Lord. That! that is the supreme achievement. 57 And We have made (this Scripture) easy in thy language only that they may heed. 58 Wait thou then; verily they also are waiting. 59
