The Elephant (Al-Feel)

5 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Disbelievers (Al-Kaaferoon) before Daybreak (Al-Falaq)

In the name of God, The Most Gracious, The Dispenser of Grace

Have you not seen how your Lord dealt with the people of the elephant? 1 Did He not put their scheme into ruin? 2 by sending against them flocks of swallows 3 which smote them with stone-hard blows of chastisement pre-ordained, 4 and caused them to become like a field of grain that has been eaten down to stubble 5

True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
