1/4 Hizb 45

And [then] the trumpet [of resurrection] will be blown - and lo! out of their graves towards their Sustainer will they all rush forth! 51 They will say: "Ah! Woe unto us! Who hath raised us up from our beds of repose?"... (A voice will say:) "This is what (Allah) Most Gracious had promised. And true was the word of the messengers!" 52 It will not be but one blast, and at once they are all brought present before Us. 53 Then, on that Day, not a soul will be wronged in the least, and ye shall but be repaid the meeds of your past Deeds. 54 See, the inhabitants of Paradise today are busy in their rejoicing, 55 They and their spouses - in shade, reclining on adorned couches. 56 Theirs the fruit (of their good deeds) and theirs (all) that they ask; 57 'Peace!' -- such is the greeting, from a Lord All-compassionate. 58 'Now keep yourselves apart, you sinners, upon this day! 59 ۞ Did I not enjoin upon you, O children of Adam, that you not worship Satan - [for] indeed, he is to you a clear enemy - 60 Did We not command you to worship Me and tell you that this is the straight path?" 61 He led astray many a throng of you; did you not understand? 62 This, then is Gehenna (Hell), that which you were promised. 63 Enter it this Day on account of your denial of the truth." 64 Today We shall put a seal on their mouths, and their hands will speak to Us and their feet shall bear witness to what they had been doing. 65 If it had been our Will, We could surely have blotted out their eyes; then should they have run about groping for the Path, but how could they have seen? 66 Had it been Our will We would have transmuted them (into monkeys, pigs and stones) where they were, so that they could neither go forward nor yet return. 67

قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
