Al-Isra 8 of 12
On the day when We shall summon every group along with its leader; so whoever is given his register in his right hand – these will read their accounts and their rights will not be suppressed even a thread. (* They will be given the full reward.) 71 But whoso has been blind in this world shall be blind in the world to come, even farther astray from the path. 72 And verily they had well-nigh tempted thee away from that which We have revealed unto thee, that thou shouldst fabricate regarding something else; and then surely they would have taken thee as a friend! 73 And had We not made you stand firm, you would nearly have inclined to them a little. 74 Had you done so, We would certainly have made you face double punishment in this life and after your death and you would have found none to help you. 75 They try to annoy you so that they can expel you from the land. Had they been successful, no one would have been left behind except a few. 76 (This is Our) course with regard to those of Our apostles whom We sent before you, and you shall not find a change in Our course. 77
