Al-Naml 6 of 7
Yet those who disbelieve say: When we have become dust like our fathers, shall we verily be brought forth (again)? 67 "Indeed we were promised this, we and our forefathers before, Verily, these are nothing but tales of ancients." 68 Say to them (O Muhammad SAW) "Travel in the land and see how has been the end of the criminals (those who denied Allah's Messengers and disobeyed Allah)." 69 (O Prophet), do not grieve over them, nor be distressed at their designs. 70 They ask, "When the Day of Judgment will come, if it is true at all?" 71 Say thou: belike close behind you may be some of that which ye would hasten on. 72 Indeed Your Lord is exceedingly bountiful to mankind. Yet most of them do not give thanks. 73 Surely, your Lord knows what they hide in their hearts and what they reveal. 74 And naught there is hidden in the heaven or the earth but it is in a Manifest Book. 75 Surely this Koran relates to the Children of Israel most of that concerning which they are at variance; 76 certainly it is guidance and a blessing for the believers. 77 Indeed your Lord judges between them with His command; and He is the Almighty, the All Knowing. 78 Trust in God for you follow the manifest truth. 79 You cannot make the dead listen and the deaf are unable to hear calls. Thus, they turn back on their heels. 80 nor can you direct the blind to the Right Way, preventing them from falling into error. You can make only those who believe in Our verses to hear the call and then submit. 81 ۞ And when the Word falls on them, We will bring out from the earth a beast that shall speak to them: 'Indeed the people were not certain of Our verses.' 82

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
