۞ And We sent the divine revelation to Moosa that, “Journey along with My bondmen within the night, for you will be pursued.” 52 Then the Pharaoh sent announcers to the cities, 53 "These," they said, "are only a small band, 54 and indeed they are enraging us; 55 seeing that we are, verily, a nation united, fully prepared against danger 56 So We expelled them from gardens, springs, 57 their treasures and a noble station. 58 Even so. And We caused the Children of Isra'il to inherit them. 59 So they pursued them at sunrise. 60 And when the two groups saw each other, those with Moosa said, “They have caught us.” 61 He replied: Nay indeed! My Sustainer is with me, [and] He will guide me!" 62 Then We revealed to Musa: Strike the sea with your staff. So it had cloven asunder, and each part was like a huge mound. 63 And We advanced thereto the pursuers. 64 We delivered Moses and all those who were with him, 65 And We drowned the others. 66 Lo! herein is indeed a portent, yet most of them are not believers. 67 And verily, your Lord! He is truly the All-Mighty, the Most Merciful. 68
