The All High (Al-A'alaa)
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
۞ Praise the name of thy Lord the Most High, 1 Who created and proportioned 2 Who determined and guided them, 3 who brings forth the pastures, 4 And then makes it dark stubble. 5 We shall teach you (the Quran) and you will not forget it 6 save what God may will [thee to forget] - for, verily, He [alone] knows all that is open to [man's] perception as well as all that is hidden [from it] 7 We shall make all your tasks easy. 8 Remind, if the reminder can be of benefit. 9 and he who fears shall remember, 10 But it will be avoided by the wretched, 11 who will roast in the Great Fire, 12 In which he will neither die nor live. 13 He who purifies himself, 14 and mentions the Name of his Lord, and prays. 15 But ye prefer the life of the world 16 Whereas the Hereafter is better and everlasting. 17 Verily, [all] this has indeed been [said] in the earlier revelations 18 The scriptures of Ibrahim and Musa. 19
