The Rolling (Al-Takweer)
29 verses, revealed in Mecca after Thorns (Al-Masad) before The All High (Al-A'alaa)
In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
When the sun is covered, 1 When the stars fall, losing their lustre; 2 And when the mountains are driven. 3 and when she-camels big with young, about to give birth, are left untended, 4 When the wild beasts are herded together (in the human habitations); 5 And when the seas are set on fire, 6 And when souls are reunited, 7 and when the girl-child that was buried alive is made to ask 8 For what sin she was slain. 9 the records of deeds are made public, 10 the heavens are unveiled, 11 and when the blazing fire [of hell] is kindled bright, 12 And when Paradise is brought near. 13 A soul will [then] know what it has brought [with it]. 14 Oh, but I call to witness the planets, 15 And by the planets that move swiftly and hide themselves, 16 and the night as it darkly falls, 17 And the Dawn as it breathes away the darkness;- 18 that the Quran is the word of the honorable angelic, mighty Messenger 19 Endued with Power, with rank before the Lord of the Throne, 20 Obeyed (by the angels), trustworthy there (in the heavens). 21 And your companion is not [at all] mad. 22 Surely he beheld Him on the clear horizon. 23 he is not grudging of the Unseen. 24 Nor is this the utterance of a devil worthy to be stoned. 25 So where are you going? 26 This is nothing but a Reminder to the worlds, 27 (With profit) to whoever among you wills to go straight: 28 But you cannot will it unless God, the Lord of the Universe, so wills it [to show you that way]. 29
Almighty God's Truth.

قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
