The Shocker (Al-Qaare'ah)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Quraish (Quraish) before Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah)

Allah - beginning with the name of - the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

The (Day) of Noise and Clamour: 1 What is the Striking? 2 And what will make you comprehend what the terrible calamity is? 3 (It is) a Day whereon men will be like moths scattered about, 4 and the mountains like tufts of carded wool. 5 Then as for him whose balances are heavy, 6 Will be in a life of good pleasure and satisfaction. 7 but those whose good deeds will be lighter (on the scale). 8 shall plunge in the womb of the Pit. 9 And what shall teach thee what is the Pit? 10 A flaming fire! 11

True are the words of God the Almighty.
