3/4 Hizb 45

Noah called for help. How blessed was the answer which he received. 75 for We saved him and his household from that awesome calamity, 76 And made his progeny to endure (on this earth); 77 And We kept his praise among the latter generations. 78 Salamun (peace) be upon Nuh (Noah) (from Us) among the 'Alamin (mankind, jinns and all that exists)!" 79 Verily, thus do We reward the doers of good 80 he was one of Our believing worshipers. 81 Then We drowned the others. 82 ۞ And verily of his sect was Ibrahim. 83 When he came to his Lord, with a sound heart. (Free from falsehood). 84 and when he said to his father and to his nation: 'What do you worship? 85 Do you want [to bow down before] a lie - [before] deities other than God? 86 what, then, is your opinion of the Lord of the worlds? 87 Then did he cast a glance at the Stars. 88 And he said: verily I am about to be sick. 89 So they turned away from him, and departed (for fear of the disease). 90 Thereupon he approached their gods stealthily and said, "What! You do not eat [of the offerings placed before you]? 91 What is the matter with you that you do not speak?" 92 Then did he turn upon them, striking (them) with the right hand. 93 His people came rushing towards him, 94 Abraham said to them: “Do you worship what you yourselves have carved with your own hands 95 And Allah has created you and what you make. 96 They said, "Construct for him a furnace and throw him into the burning fire." 97 Their desire was to outwit him, but We made them to be the humiliated. 98 (Abraham) said, "I will go to my Lord who will guide me". 99 My Lord, give me one of the righteous.' 100 And We gave him the glad tidings of a very gentle son (Ishmael). 101 And [one day,] when [the child] had become old enough to share in his [father's] endeavours, the latter said: "O my dear son! I have seen in a dream that I should sacrifice thee: consider, then, what would be thy view!" [Ishmael] answered: "O my father! Do as thou art bidden: thou wilt find me, if God so wills, among those who are patient in adversity!" 102 When they had surrendered, and he flung him upon his brow, 103 We called out to him, "Abraham, 104 You have indeed shown the truth of the vision; surely thus do We reward the doers of good: 105 This was indeed a plain trial. 106 And We ransomed him with a great sacrifice, 107 and left him thus to be remembered among later generations: 108 "Peace and salutation to Abraham!" 109 Even so We recompense the good-doers; 110 He was one of Our believing servants. 111 Then We gave him the good tidings of Isaac, a Prophet, one of the righteous. 112 And We blessed him and Isaac. But among their descendants is the doer of good and the clearly unjust to himself. 113
