Are you the harder to create or the heaven? He made it. 27 and raised its vault high and proportioned it; 28 And He made dark the night thereof, and He brought forth the morn thereof. 29 and the earth which He spread out, 30 therefrom brought forth its waters and its pastures, 31 and firmly fixed in it mountains; 32 A provision for you and for your cattle. 33 Therefore, when there comes the great, overwhelming (Event),- 34 on the Day when man will recall all his strivings, 35 And Hell-fire shall be made apparent in full view for (every) one who sees, 36 Those who have rebelled 37 And preferred the life of this world (by following his evil desires and lusts), 38 surely Hell shall be the refuge. 39 But he who feared to stand before his Lord, and restrained himself from evil desires, 40 Paradise will be the dwelling. 41 They ask you, [O Muhammad], about the Hour: when is its arrival? 42 About what! You are one to remind of it. 43 To your Lord is its finality. 44 Thou art but a warner unto him who feareth it. 45 The Day they see it, (It will be) as if they had tarried but a single evening, or (at most till) the following morn! 46
