He Frowned ('Abasa)
42 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Stars (Al-Najm) before Destiny (Al-Qadr)
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
۞ (The Prophet) frowned and turned away, 1 that the blind man came to him. 2 And what should teach thee? Perchance he would cleanse him, 3 Or be admonished, and the admonition profit him? 4 But the self-sufficient, 5 Unto him thou attendest. 6 What does it matter to you if he will not become pure (from disbelief, you are only a Messenger, your duty is to convey the Message of Allah). 7 But as for he who came to you striving [for knowledge] 8 And he fears, 9 From him will you divert yourself. 10 Assuredly this is a reminder 11 For any one who desires to bear it in mind, 12 (It is) in Books held (greatly) in honour, 13 uplifted, purified, 14 [borne] by the hands of messengers 15 noble and purified. 16 Woe to man! What hath made him reject Allah; 17 From what thing did He create him? 18 Of a sperm-drop He created him, and determined him, 19 then eased his path for him, 20 then causes him to die and buries him, 21 and then, if it be His will, He shall raise him again to life, 22 Nay, but [man] has never yet fulfilled what He has enjoined upon him! 23 Then let man look at his food, 24 We let the rain pour down in torrents 25 And We split the earth in clefts, 26 And We cause therein the grain to grow, 27 grapes, vegetables, 28 And olives and date palms, 29 And thick gardens, 30 And fruit and grass - 31 all this as a provision for you and your cattle. 32 But when the Shout cometh 33 on that Day each person will flee from his brother, 34 mother, father, 35 And from his wife and his children. 36 Each one of them, that Day, will have enough concern (of his own) to make him indifferent to the others. 37 Some faces will shine, 38 laughing and joyful, 39 And (many) faces on that day, on them shall be dust, 40 Blackness will cover them: 41 These are they who are unbelievers, the wicked. 42
Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
End of Surah: He Frowned ('Abasa). Sent down in Mecca after The Stars (Al-Najm) before Destiny (Al-Qadr)

Notes and Instructions
When reading the Colorful Quran in English transliterated Arabic mode, you may not notice that there is an algorithm designed to match the pause requirements of the original Arabic scripture, (waqf signs). As you may know, the original Arabic Quran has five main types of pauses, (waqf) signs. (1) Compulsory break, where the transliteration uses a full stop. (2) Optional pause with the preference for pausing, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a probability of two thirds. (3) Optional stop with an equal preference for pausing and resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a half-half probability. (4) Optional pause with the preference for resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a chance of one third. (5) Attraction pause, also called hugging, or (mu’anaka) sign, where it is compulsory to pause at either one of two nearby positions, but not both; where the transliteration inserts a comma at either one of the two locations with a half-half probability.
