۞ Say to them, "I exhort you to do one thing: and that is to stand up before God in pairs, or singly, and then reflect. You will thus realize that your companion is not afflicted with madness. He is only a warner, warning you of an impending severe chastisement." 46 Say: "The reward I ask is for yourself. My reward is due from none but God; and He is witness over everything." 47 Say, "My Lord speaks the Truth. He has the knowledge of the unseen". 48 Proclaim, “The truth has come, and falsehood dare not commence nor return.” 49 Say: If I err, I err only to my own loss, and if I am rightly guided it is because of that which my Lord hath revealed unto me. Lo! He is Hearer, Nigh. 50 And if you could but see, when they will be terrified with no escape (for them), and they will be seized from a near place. 51 and they say, 'We believe in it'; but how can they reach from a place far away, 52 They had surely denied it before and aimed without seeing from so far away. 53 And a barrier is set between them and what they desire*, as was done for their earlier groups; indeed they are in a doubt that deceives.
