The Poets (Alshu'araa')

227 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Inevitable (Al-Waaqe'ah) before The Ant (Al-Naml)

Allah - beginning with the name of - the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

۞ TA SIN MIM. 1 These are verses of the Book that makes (things) clear. 2 It may be thou frettest thy soul with grief, that they do not become Believers. 3 If We list, We can send down unto them a sign from the heaven so that their necks would become to it submissive. 4 And no revelation comes to them anew from the Most Merciful except that they turn away from it. 5 So they have indeed rejected (the truth), therefore the news of that which they mock shall soon come to them. 6 Have they not seen the earth, how much of every fruitful kind We make to grow therein? 7 Surely in this there is a sign, yet most of them would not believe: 8 And indeed your Lord – indeed only He is the Almighty, the Most Merciful. 9
