Al-Mu' minoon 4 of 6
“O Noble Messengers, eat good clean things, and do good deeds; I know all that you do.” 51 “And indeed this religion of yours is one religion only and I am your Lord, therefore fear Me.” 52 The people divided themselves into many sects, each with their own book and each happy with whatever they had. 53 So leave them in their confusion for a time. 54 Do they assume that the wealth and sons which We provide them – 55 We are hastening them on to good things? Aye! they perceive not. 56 Indeed those who are overwhelmed due to the fear of their Lord – 57 Who believe in their Lord's revelations, 58 and who do not ascribe divinity to aught but their Sustainer, 59 and those who give what they give, their hearts quaking that they are returning to their Lord -- 60 It is these who hasten in every good work, and these who are foremost in them. 61 We charge no soul with more than it can bear. We have a record which clearly shows the truth and they will not be wronged. 62 Nay, but their hearts are in ignorance of this (Qur'an), and they have other works, besides, which they are doing; 63 until - after We shall have taken to task, through suffering, those from among them who [now] are lost in the pursuit of pleasures - they cry out in [belated] supplication. 64 "Do not supplicate for help today; you will not be rescued by Us; 65 Indeed My Verses used to be recited to you, but you used to turn back on your heels (denying them, and with hatred to listen to them). 66 waxing proud against it, talking foolish talk by night.' 67 Have they not pondered the saying, or came there upon them that which came not upon their fathers, the ancients? 68 Or is it that they were unaware of their Messenger and were therefore repelled by him for he was a stranger to them? 69 Or do they say that there is madness in him? Nay, he has brought them the Truth and it is the Truth that most of them disdain. 70 And if the Truth had followed their desires, verily the heavens and the earth and whosoever is therein had been corrupted. Nay, We have brought them their Reminder, but from their Reminder they now turn away. 71 Or do you ask of them any tribute? In that case the tribute of your Lord is better, for He is the best of providers. 72 And certainly, you (O Muhammad SAW) call them to a Straight Path (true religion Islamic Monotheism). 73 But indeed, those who do not believe in the Hereafter are deviating from the path. 74 ۞ Even if We showed them mercy and relieved them of their afflictions, they would still persist in their transgression, wandering blindly. 75 We already seized them with the chastisement, yet they abased not themselves to their Lord nor were they humble; 76 To the extent that when We opened the gate of a severe punishment for them, they thereupon lie despairingly in it. 77

كيف تعمل منظومة تمارين الحفظ؟ عند أدنى مستوى 0، تكون كل الكلمات ظاهرة. بينما يُخفي أعلى مستوى 9 كل الكلمات. فكيف تعمل المستويات المتوسطة، مثل 3، على سبيل المثال؟ قد تعتقد بأن المنظومة تخفي 3 من كل تسع كلمات بدقة. ليس تماما! في المستوى 3، لكل كلمة فرصة اختفاء بنسبة 3 من 9، و6 من 9 لتكون ظاهرة. بمعنى آخر، من الممكن، ولكن باحتمال شبة معدوم، أن تكون جميع كلمات المستوى 3 مخفية، أو أن تكون جميعها ظاهرة! وكذلك أيضًا، ففي المستويات المتوسطة، وبما يتناسب مع مستوى الصعوبة، يمكن أن تكون المخابئ غير كاملة أو شفافة جزئيًا بحيث تظهر الكلمات جزئيًا تحتها.
How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
