Al-Hijjr 2 of 6

And verily in the heaven we have set mansions of the stars, and We have beautified it for beholders. 16 and have protected them against every accursed satan 17 Except one who steals a hearing and is pursued by a clear burning flame. 18 We have spread out the earth and set upon it firm mountains. Everything We have caused to grow therein is justly weighed; 19 And We have appointed thereon for you livelihoods and also for those of whom ye are not the providers. 20 There is nothing except that its treasuries are with Us and We do not send it down except in a known measure. 21 We send rain-impregnated winds, and water from the sky which you drink, but you are not the keepers of its store. 22 It is We who give life and We who give death, and We are the One who will abide. 23 And assuredly We know those of you who have gone before and those who will come hereafter. 24 Lo! thy Lord will gather them together. Lo! He is Wise, Aware. 25
