۞ So I call the placement of the stars to witness -- 75 - which is indeed a great oath if only you knew it - 76 That this is indeed a qur'an Most Honourable, 77 inscribed in a well-guarded Book, 78 None may touch it, except with ablution. 79 It has been revealed by the Lord of all the worlds. 80 Is it such a talk (this Quran) that you (disbelievers) deny? 81 and make it your daily bread [as it were] to call the truth a lie? 82 Why, then, when [the last breath] comes up to the throat [of a dying man,] 83 and you are watching at that time 84 We are nearer to him than you, but you do not see 85 Then why do you not, if you are not to be recompensed, 86 why can you not bring it (the soul) back (to life)? 87 Thus, then, if he be of those Nearest to Allah, 88 Then is relief, and flowers and Gardens of peace. 89 If he is a Companion of the Right 90 Then: peace unto thee, for thou art of those on the right hand. 91 But if he is of the deniers and the errants, 92 its dwelling will be boiling water 93 and a roasting in Hell. 94 Verily, this is indeed the truth of truths! 95 Extol, then, the limitless glory of thy Sustainer's mighty name! 96
True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
End of Surah: The Inevitable (Al-Waaqe'ah). Sent down in Mecca after T H (Taa Haa) before The Poets (Alshu'araa')

قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
