Al-Aadeyaat
The Galloppers (Al-Aadeyaat)
11 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Afternoon (Al-'Asr) before Bounty (Al-Kawthar)
In the name of Allah, the Compassionate, the Merciful
By the (Steeds) that run, with panting (breath), 1 And striking off fire by dashing their hoofs. 2 Then those charging in the morning 3 Then thereby raise dust, 4 and penetrate deep into a host. 5 Indeed man is very ungrateful towards his Lord. 6 And lo! he is a witness unto that; 7 and surely he loves riches with a passionate loving. 8 ۞ Knoweth he not - when that which is in the graves shall be ransacked? 9 And the hearts' contents shall be brought into the open? 10 Verily their Lord on that Day will be of them Aware. 11
Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
