۞ NAY, I call to witness the coming-down in parts [of this Qur'an] 75 And most surely it is a very great oath if you only knew; 76 Most surely it is an honored Quran, 77 Kept in a secure Book. 78 Which none shall touch but those who are clean: 79 A Revelation (this Quran) from the Lord of the 'Alamin (mankind, jinns and all that exists). 80 Do you, then, take this discourse in light esteem, 81 And to give (it) the lie you make your means of subsistence. 82 Why, then, when the soul leaps up to the throat of the dying 83 And ye are at that moment looking 84 We are closer to him than you, but you cannot see. 85 why then, if you are not revived, 86 do you not bring back his soul, if you speak truly? 87 Then, if he is one of the honoured, 88 For him shall be comfort, and fragrance and a Garden of Delight. 89 If he is of those of the right hand, 90 Then [the angels will say], "Peace for you; [you are] from the companions of the right." 91 But if he be of them that cried lies, and went astray, 92 its dwelling will be boiling water 93 And roasting at hell-fire. 94 This is the absolute Truth and certainty. 95 So glorify the name of your Great Lord. 96
