Al-Haaqqah 2 of 2

So, I call to witness what you see 38 as well as all that you cannot see! 39 That this is verily the word of an honoured messenger; 40 it is not the word of a poet -- how little you believe! -- 41 nor is it the work of a soothsayer but only a few of you take heed. 42 [It is] a revelation from the Lord of the worlds. 43 if he had invented any lies about Us, 44 We would certainly have seized him by the right hand, 45 and would indeed have cut his life-vein, 46 None of you would be able to prevent Us from doing this to him. 47 And indeed this Qur’an is an advice for the pious. 48 And most surely We know that some of you are rejecters. 49 It is surely the nemesis of unbelievers. 50 But verily it is Truth of assured certainty. 51 So glorify the name of your Lord, the Almighty. 52
