And of His signs is this: He created you of dust, and behold you human beings, ranging widely! 20 His creating spouses for you out of yourselves so that you might take comfort in them and His creating love and mercy among you. In this there is evidence (of the truth) for the people who (carefully) think. 21 And of His signs is the creation of the heavens and earth and the variety of your tongues and hues. Surely in that are signs for all living beings. 22 Your sleeping during the night and in the day your seeking His favors are evidence (of the truth) for the people who have hearing. 23 And of His signs is [that] He shows you the lightning [causing] fear and aspiration, and He sends down rain from the sky by which He brings to life the earth after its lifelessness. Indeed in that are signs for a people who use reason. 24 And among His Signs is that the heaven and the earth stand by His Command, then afterwards when He will call you by single call, behold, you will come out from the earth (i.e. from your graves for reckoning and recompense). 25 His is whosoever is in the heavens and the earth; all are unto Him obedient. 26 And it is He who originates creation, then brings it back again, and it is very easy for Him. His is the loftiest likeness in the heavens and the earth; He is the All-mighty, the All-wise. 27
