3/4 Hizb 52
< random >
And indeed We have created man, and We know what his ownself whispers to him. And We are nearer to him than his jugular vein (by Our Knowledge). 16 Since the two scribes are sitting on each of his shoulders, he does not utter a word which is not recorded immediately by the watchful scribes. 17 Not a word does he utter but there is a sentinel by him, ready (to note it). 18 And the stupor of death will bring Truth (before his eyes): "This was the thing which thou wast trying to escape!" 19 And the Horn will be blown. That is the Day of [carrying out] the threat. 20 And every soul shall come, and with it a driver and a witness. 21 'Thou wast heedless of this; therefore We have now removed from thee thy covering, and so thy sight today is piercing.' 22 His companion attendant will say, "I have here his record ready." 23 "Cast into Hell every ungrateful, rebellious one, 24 hinderer of good, transgressor, causing others to doubt, 25 who has set up with Allah another god. Indeed, you two, cast him into the terrible punishment' 26 ۞ His companion said: “I did not incite him to rebel; he was far gone into error of his own accord.” 27 "Do not argue in My presence. I had announced the promise of doom in advance. 28 The judgment passed by Me shall not be altered; but never do I do the least wrong unto My creatures!" 29
