The Snatchers (Al-Naze'aat)
46 verses, revealed in Mecca after The News (Al-Naba') before Shattering (Al-Infitaar)
In the Name of Allah, the Merciful, the Most Merciful
I swear by the angels who violently pull out the souls of the wicked, 1 By the meteors rushing, 2 And by those who float in space, 3 by those that outstrip them suddenly, 4 And who plan the implementation. 5 On the day when the first trumpet sound blasts 6 Followed by oft-repeated (commotions): 7 Hearts will pound loudly on that day, 8 Unable to lift their gaze. 9 They say: 'What, are we being restored as we were before, 10 After having turned to carious bones?" 11 They will say: 'Then we are returned lost' 12 It will be only one scaring shout, 13 And lo! they will be awakened. 14 Hath there come unto thee the history of Moses? 15 When his Lord called to him in the sacred valley of Tuwa, 16 "Go to Pharaoh. Indeed, he has transgressed. 17 and say to him: 'Are you willing to be purified, 18 And that I guide you to your Lord, so you should fear Him? 19 So he showed him the great sign, 20 but he belied and disobeyed, 21 Then he turned his back, striving hard (against Allah). 22 And assembled (his council) and proclaimed, 23 And he said: I am your Lord, most high. 24 you pay attention 25 Surely, in this there is a lesson for he that fears! 26

Notes and Instructions
قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
