Hizb 46

And Jonah too was one of the Messengers. 139 When he fled on the laden ship, 140 So he shared (with them), but was of those who are cast off. 141 Then the fish swallowed him, while he was blameworthy. 142 Had it not been that he (repented and) glorified Allah, 143 He would have remained in its belly till the day when all will be raised. 144 ۞ But We cast him forth on the naked shore in a state of sickness, 145 We made a plant of gourd grow up for him. 146 And We sent him to [his people of] a hundred thousand or more. 147 and [this time] they believed [in him] and so We allowed them to enjoy their life during the time allotted to them? 148 (Muhammad), ask them, "Do daughters belong to your Lord and sons to them? 149 Or did We create the angels females while they were witnesses? 150 Oh, verily, it is out of their own [inclination to] falsehood that some people assert, 151 That “Allah has offspring”; and indeed, surely, they are liars. 152 "He has chosen daughters in preference to sons"! 153 What is the matter with you? How do you form your judgement? 154 Why do you not reflect? 155 Or have you, perchance, a clear evidence [for your assertions]? 156 Then produce your writ, if ye are truthful. 157 And they have invented a kinship between Him and the jinns, but the jinns know well that they have indeed to appear (before Him) (i.e. they will be brought for accounts). 158 Purity is to Allah from the matters they fabricate. 159 except the servants of God, sincere and devoted. 160 neither you nor what you worship 161 Cannot lead astray [turn away from Him (Allah) anyone of the believers], 162 Save him who is to burn in hell. 163 None of us is there, but has a known station; 164 Verily we range ourselves in rows (as humble servants) 165 And verily we! we hallow. 166 And indeed they (Arab pagans) used to say; 167 'If only we had had a Reminder from the ancients, 168 we would certainly be true servants of God." 169 But they disbelieved in it; soon they shall know! 170 Already Our Word has preceded to Our servants, the Envoys; 171 That undoubtedly, only they will be helped. 172 And that Our host, they verily would be the victors. 173 So, (O Prophet), leave them alone for a while, 174 Watch them: they will soon see. 175 What, do they seek to hasten Our chastisement? 176 When it descends upon their courtyards, evil will be the morning of those forewarned. 177 Leave them alone for a while, 178 And see thou: they themselves shall presently see. 179 Glory be to your Lord: the Lord of Glory is far above what they attribute to Him. 180 And peace be upon the Envoys; 181 and praise be to God, the Lord of all the Worlds. 182
Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
