Yes, never! By oath of the moon. 32 And by the Night as it retreateth, 33 And [by] the morning when it brightens, 34 Verily, it (Hell, or their denial of the Prophet Muhammad SAW, or the Day of Resurrection) is but one of the greatest calamities. 35 A warning to mortals, 36 to everyone of you, whether he chooses to come forward or to hang back! 37 Every soul is held in pledge for what it earns, 38 Save the fellows of the right. 39 who shall be in the Gardens, and shall ask 40 about the sinners. 41 What has brought you into hell? 42 They will reply, "We did not pray, 43 Nor did we used to feed the poor. 44 "And we used to talk falsehood (all that which Allah hated) with vain talkers. 45 "And we used to deny the Day of Judgment, 46 Till the Inevitable came unto us. 47 And so, of no benefit to them could be the intercession of any that would intercede for them. 48 Why now turn they away from the Admonishment, 49 As if they were frightened (wild) donkeys. 50 fleeing before a lion? 51 Forsooth, each one of them wants to be given scrolls (of revelation) spread out! 52 Nay! but they do not fear the hereafter. 53 By no means! Verily this Qur'an is an admonition. 54 So, whoever wills may benefit from it. 55 No one will seek guidance unless God wills it. He alone is worthy of being feared and He is the Source of Forgiveness. 56
