And heaven – We made it with Our Own Power and We have the Power to do so. 47 And the earth – We spread it out, and how well have We smoothed it! 48 And all things We have created by pairs, that haply ye may reflect. 49 Hasten ye then (at once) to Allah: I am from Him a Warner to you, clear and open! 50 And do not make [as equal] with Allah another deity. Indeed, I am to you from Him a clear warner. 51 Similarly, no messenger came to the Peoples before them, but they said (of him) in like manner, "A sorcerer, or one possessed"! 52 Have they bequeathed it unto each other! Nay! they are a people contumacious. 53 So turn away from them: not thine is the blame. 54 And remind; the Reminder profits the believers. 55 I created the jinn and humans for nothing else but that they may serve Me; 56 I do not ask any sustenance from them, nor wish that they give Me food. 57 God is certainly the great provider, Lord of strength and power. 58 The evildoers shall have their portion, like the portion of their fellows; so let them not hasten Me! 59 Alas the woe for those who refuse to believe in the Day which has been promised them. 60
