Allah - beginning with the name of - the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
Alif. Lam. Ra. These are verse of the Scripture that maketh plain. 1 Surely We have revealed it-- an Arabic Quran-- that you may understand. 2 We recount to you the best of narratives in revealing this Quran to you, even though you were unaware of it before it came. 3 Behold! Joseph said to his father: "O my father! I did see eleven stars and the sun and the moon: I saw them prostrate themselves to me!" 4 His father said: "My son! Do not relate your dream to your brothers lest they hatch a plot to harm you. Indeed Satan is man's open enemy. 5 “And this is how your Lord will choose you and teach you how to interpret events, and will perfect His favours upon you and upon the family of Yaqub, the way He perfected it upon both your forefathers, Ibrahim and Ishaq; indeed your Lord is All Knowing, Wise.” 6
