And assuredly the dwellers of Hijr belied the sent ones. 80 And though We had given them Our signs they turned away from them. 81 And they used to carve from the mountains, houses, feeling secure. 82 But the shriek seized them at early morning. 83 And all that they had done (for security) availed them nothing. 84 And We have not created the heavens and the earth and all that is between them, except with the Truth; and indeed the Last Day will come, therefore (O dear Prophet Mohammed – peace and blessings be upon him), forbear graciously. 85 Indeed, your Lord - He is the Knowing Creator. 86 We have indeed given you the seven oft-repeated (examples), and the majestic Qur'an. 87 Do not direct your eyes towards the things We have given to some of their couples to enjoy, and do not at all grieve because of them, and take the Muslims within the folds of your mercy. 88 And say: "I am indeed he that warneth openly and without ambiguity,"- 89 [For, thou art the bearer of a divine writ] such as We have bestowed from on high upon those who [afterwards] broke it up into parts, 90 And severed their Scripture into fragments. 91 So, by your Lord (O Muhammad SAW), We shall certainly call all of them to account. 92 About their deeds. 93 So declare to them what We have enjoined, and turn away from idolaters. 94 Surely We suffice to deal with those who scoff at you, 95 Who set some other god along with Allah. But they will come to know. 96 And We already know that your breast is constrained by what they say. 97 Therefore celebrate the praise of your Lord, and be of those who make obeisance. 98 Worship your Lord till the certainty (death) comes to you. 99
