And when We put a revelation in place of (another) revelation, - and Allah knoweth best what He revealeth - they say: Lo! thou art but inventing. Most of them know not. 101 Say thou: the Holy Spirit hath brought it down from thy Lord with truth, that it may establish those who believe, and as a guidance and glad tidings unto the Muslims. 102 Indeed, We know what they say, "It is only a human being who imparts [all] this to him!" But the tongue of him to whom they point is foreign, whereas this is plain Arabic speech. 103 Those who believe not in the Signs of Allah,- Allah will not guide them, and theirs will be a grievous Penalty. 104 Only those fabricate lies concerning God who do not believe in the signs of God, and these are the liars. 105 He who disbelieves in Allah after his having believed, not he who is compelled while his heart is at rest on account of faith, but he who opens (his) breast to disbelief-- on these is the wrath of Allah, and they shall have a grievous chastisement. 106 That is because they loved and preferred the life of this world over that of the Hereafter. And Allah guides not the people who disbelieve. 107 Those are the ones over whose hearts and hearing and vision Allah has sealed, and it is those who are the heedless. 108 Truly it is they, they who in the life to come shall be the losers! 109 ۞ Then lo! thy Lord - for those who became fugitives after they had been persecuted, and then fought and were steadfast - lo! thy Lord afterward is (for them) indeed Forgiving, Merciful. 110
