Hast thou not seen those who wrangle concerning the revelations of Allah, how they are turned away? - 69 Those who cry lies to the Book and that wherewith We sent Our Messengers -- soon they will know! 70 When, with (iron) collars and chains around their necks, they will be dragged 71 In the boiling fetid fluid: then in the Fire shall they be burned; 72 It will then be said to them: “Where are those whom you 73 "In derogation of Allah?" They will reply: "They have left us in the lurch: Nay, we invoked not, of old, anything (that had real existence)." Thus does Allah leave the Unbelievers to stray. 74 That is because you exulted in the land unjustly and because you behaved insolently. 75 Enter the gates of hell to live therein forever. How terrible is the dwelling of the arrogant ones. 76 Therefore be patient (O dear Prophet Mohammed – peace and blessings be upon him), undoubtedly Allah’s promise is true; and whether We show some of what We promise them, or cause you to pass away before it – in any case they will return to Us. 77 And indeed, [O Muhammad,] We sent forth apostles before thy time; some of them We have mentioned to thee, and some of them We have not mentioned to thee. And it was not given to any apostle to bring forth a miracle other than by God's leave. Yet when God's will becomes manifest, judgment will [already] have been passed in all justice, and lost will be, then and there, all who tried to reduce to nothing [whatever they could not understand]. 78
