Beholdest thou not that We have sent the satans upon the infidels inciting them by an incitement? 83 So take no hasty action against them; their days are numbered. 84 The Day We shall gather the Muttaqun (pious - see V. 2:2) unto the Most Beneficent (Allah), like a delegate (presented before a king for honour). 85 And drive the wicked into Hell like cattle driven to water, 86 having no power of intercession, save those who have taken with the All-merciful covenant. 87 They say, "The Gracious One has begotten a son." 88 Indeed, [by this assertion] you have brought forth something monstrous, 89 Whereby almost the heavens are torn, and the earth is split asunder and the mountains fall in ruins, 90 That ye ascribe unto the Beneficent a son, 91 And it behoveth not the Compassionate that he should take a son. 92 Not one of all [the beings] that are in the heavens or on earth appears before the Most Gracious other than as a servant: 93 Assuredly He hath comprehended them and counted them a full counting. 94 Every one of them shall come to Him upon the Day of Resurrection, all alone. 95 Surely those who believe and do deeds of righteousness -- unto them the All-merciful shall assign love. 96 So have We made the (Qur'an) easy in thine own tongue, that with it thou mayest give Glad Tidings to the righteous, and warnings to people given to contention. 97 And how many a generation have We destroyed before them! Perceivest thou of them anyone or hear of them a whisper? 98
