▼ 56 The Inevitable
Al-Waaqe'ah 3 of 3
۞ Nay, I swear by the setting of the stars -- 75 - which is indeed a great oath if only you knew it - 76 that this indeed is a noble Qur'an, 77 In a book that is protected 78 None shall touch it save the purified ones. 79 A revelation by the Lord of the worlds. 80 Then why do you dissimulate this Revelation? 81 And make [the thanks for] your provision that you deny [the Provider]? 82 Then why do you not (intervene) when (the soul of a dying person) reaches the throat? 83 And ye are then looking on. 84 - And We are nearer unto him than ye are, but ye see not - 85 Wherefore then, if ye are not to be requited 86 That you bring it back, if you are truthful? 87 Thus if he is of those brought nigh, 88 there shall be calmness and ease, a Garden of Delight. 89 and if he be a Companion of the Right: 90 (he will be greeted with): 'Peace be upon you, Companion of the Right' 91 But, if he is of those who belied, and went astray, 92 there shall be a hospitality of boiling water 93 and the heat of hell fire. 94 Indeed, this is the certain truth. 95 Then magnify the Name of thy Lord, the All-mighty. 96
Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
