The food of the Zakkum tree 43 is food for the sinner. 44 Like molten brass, it seetheth in their bellies 45 like water. 46 Lay hold of him, and drag him unto the midst of the Flaming Fire. 47 Then pour boiling water over his head as punishment. 48 "Taste you (this)! Verily, you were (pretending to be) the mighty, the generous! 49 This is that which you doubted' 50 Verily! The Muttaqun (pious - see V. 2:2), will be in place of Security (Paradise). 51 Within gardens and springs, 52 They will be dressed in fine silk and embroidery, facing one another (on thrones). 53 So it is; and We have wedded them to maidens with gorgeous eyes. 54 They shall call therein for every fruit in security; 55 There they will not know any death apart from the first death they had died, and will be kept safe from the torment of Hell 56 as an act of grace. That will be the supreme triumph. 57 (O Prophet), We have made this Book easy in your tongue so that they may take heed. 58 Wait (for God's decree) and they too will be waiting. 59
