Al-Haaqqah 2 of 2

BUT NAY! I call to witness all that you can see, 38 And what ye see not, 39 that this is the speech of a noble Messenger. 40 It is not the word of a poet, little is that you believe! 41 Nor is it the word of a soothsayer: little admonition it is ye receive. 42 It is a revelation from the Lord of the worlds. 43 And if he had invented false sayings concerning Us, 44 We would have definitely taken revenge from him. 45 and would indeed have cut his life-vein. 46 Nor could any of you withhold him (from Our wrath). 47 And verily, this [Qur'an] is a reminder to all the God-conscious! 48 And most surely We know that some of you are rejecters. 49 And indeed it is a despair for the disbelievers. 50 And most surely it is the true certainty 51 So glorify your Lord, the most supreme. 52

True are the words of God the Almighty.
