Seest thou not that We have set the devils on the disbelievers to confound them with confusion? 83 So do not be impatient for them (O dear Prophet Mohammed – peace and blessings be upon him); We are only completing their number.* (* The number of days left for them or their evil deeds.) 84 and on the Day when We will ceremonially gather the righteous to the Merciful, 85 And shall drive the culprits to Hell as a herd. 86 No one will have power to intercede, except for those who have permission from the Lord of Mercy. 87 And they say: The Beneficent Allah has taken (to Himself) a son. 88 You have indeed advanced something hideous! 89 The heavens may almost be rent thereat, and the earth cleave asunder, and the mountains fall down in pieces, 90 that they have attributed to the All-merciful a son; 91 And it behoveth not the Compassionate that he should take a son. 92 There is none in the heavens and the earth but comes unto the Most Beneficent (Allah) as a slave. 93 He has counted and enumerated them one by one. 94 And everyone of them will come to Him singly on the Day of Judgment. 95 Lo! those who believe and do good works, the Beneficent will appoint for them love. 96 So have We made the (Qur'an) easy in thine own tongue, that with it thou mayest give Glad Tidings to the righteous, and warnings to people given to contention. 97 How many generations living before them did We destroy? Do you find anyone of them around or do you even hear any word from them? 98
