The unbelievers say, 'What, when we are dust, and our fathers, shall we indeed be brought forth? 67 “Indeed this promise was given to us, and before us to our forefathers – this is nothing but stories of former people.” 68 Say: 'Journey in the land and see what was the end of the sinners' 69 (Muhammad), do not be grieved (about their disbelief) nor distressed about their evil plans against you. 70 And they (the disbelievers in the Oneness of Allah) say: "When (will) this promise (be fulfilled), if you are truthful?" 71 Say, “It could be that a part of what you are impatient for is (already) after you.” 72 Indeed your Lord is Most Munificent upon mankind, but most men do not give thanks. 73 And indeed your Lord knows what is hidden in their bosoms, and what they disclose. 74 And there is nothing hidden in the heaven or the earth but it is in a clear Record. 75 BEHOLD, this Qur'an explains to the children of Israel most [of that] whereon they hold divergent views; 76 it is a guidance, and a mercy unto the believers. 77 And verily thine Lord shall decide between them with His judgment, and He is the Mighty, the Knowing. 78 so put your trust in God. Surely you are on the path of manifest truth. 79 You do not make the dead hear, nor do you make the deaf hear you call when they turn about, retreating. 80 Nor can you be a guide to the blind out of their error; you cannot make to bear (any one) except those who believe in Our communications, so they submit. 81 ۞ And when the time for the fulfilment of Our Word against them will come, We shall bring forth for them a beast from the earth who will speak to them because people did not believe in Our Signs. 82
