Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)

8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa) before The Afternoon (Al-'Asr)

Allah - beginning with the name of - the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

۞ Have We not expanded your chest for you (Prophet Muhammad), 1 and relieved you of your burden 2 Which weighed down your back? 3 And We have exalted your remembrance for you. 4 Then verily along with every hardship is ease. 5 indeed, hardship is followed by ease! 6 Hence, when thou art freed [from distress,] remain steadfast, 7 And incline towards your Lord. 8

God Almighty has spoken the truth.
