۞ So I swear by the setting places of the stars. 75 and, behold, this is indeed a most solemn affirmation, if you but knew it! 76 Behold, it is a truly noble discourse, 77 In a Book Hidden. 78 which none shall touch except the purified; 79 It is a revelation from the Lord of the worlds. 80 Is it such a Message that ye would hold in light esteem? 81 And have ye made it your livelihood that ye should declare it false? 82 Then why do you not (intervene) when (the soul of a dying person) reaches the throat? 83 And ye are then looking on. 84 But We (i.e. Our angels who take the soul) are nearer to him than you, but you see not, [Tafsir At-Tabari, Vol. 27, Page 209] 85 Wherefore then, if ye are not to be requited 86 why are you then not able to bring them back to life if you are truthful? 87 Then if the dying one is of those having proximity, – 88 Then [for him is] rest and bounty and a garden of pleasure. 89 If he is of those of the right hand, 90 Then there is safety and peace (from the Punishment of Allah) for (you as you are from) those on the Right Hand. 91 But if he is of the rejecters, the erring, 92 Then for him is entertainment with boiling water. 93 and the heat of a blazing fire! 94 Verily, this is the Very Truth and Certainly. 95 So glorify the name of your Lord, the Great One. 96
