And recall when Moosa said to his assistant, “I will not give up until I reach the place where the two seas meet or until I have progressed for ages.” 60 When they reached the confluence they forgot the fish (they had brought as food) which swiftly made its way into the sea. 61 And when they had gone further, he said unto his servant: Bring us our breakfast. Verily we have found fatigue in this our journey. 62 He said: lookest thou! when we betook ourselves to the rock, then I forgot the fish; and naught but the Satan made me forget to mention it, and it took its way into the sea - a marvel! 63 Said Moosa, “This is exactly what we wanted”; so they came back retracing their steps. 64 Then they found one of Our servants unto whom We had given mercy from Us, and We had taught him knowledge proceeding from Us. 65 Moses said to him: 'May I follow you so that you can teach me of that you have learned of righteousness' 66 He said, "Indeed, with me you will never be able to have patience. 67 "How can you bear that which is beyond your comprehension?" 68 He said: Allah willing, thou shalt find me patient and I shall not in aught gainsay thee. 69 He said, “Therefore if you stay with me, do not ask me about anything until I myself mention it to you.” 70
