Al-Najm 3 of 3
(O Prophet), did you see him who turned away (from the Path of Allah), 33 And gives a little and (then) withholds. 34 Does he have knowledge of the hidden, so he can foresee? 35 Did not the news reach him, of that which is mentioned in the Books of Moosa? 36 And (of) Ibrahim who fulfilled (the commandments): 37 That no bearer of burden shall bear the burden of another- 38 And that man can have nothing but what he does (good or bad). 39 and that his work is surely seen 40 and that he shall then be fully recompensed, 41 That to thy Lord is the final Goal; 42 that it is He who causes to laugh and causes to weep. 43 It is He who causes death and gives life. 44 It is He who has created spouses, male and female, 45 from an ejected drop of sperm; 46 That the second creation is incumbent on Him; 47 It is He who grants people temporary and durable wealth. 48 and that it is He who is the Lord of Sirius, 49 And that He destroyed the former 'A-ad. 50 And destroyed the tribe of Thamud, not sparing anyone? 51 And the folk of Noah aforetime, Lo! they were more unjust and more rebellious; 52 and the Subverted City He also overthrew, 53 and then covered them from sight forever. 54 On which then of your Lord's signs do you cast doubt? 55 This is a warner of the warners of old. 56 The Approaching Day has approached. 57 No (soul) but Allah can lay it bare. 58 So are you surprised at this fact? 59 And do you laugh instead of weeping, 60 While you are indulging in varieties. 61 Rather prostrate yourselves before Allah and serve Him. ۩ 62
Allah the Almighty always says the truth.

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
